Assassin's Creed Shadows trailer reveals first look at dual protagonists

  • The long-leaked Japan-based Assassin's Creed title (prev. codename "Red") has finally been revealed.
  • Launches on 15th November for PC (via the Ubisoft / Epic Game Store) Mac, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X
  • Three days early access for those with Ubisoft+ or for those who buy a pricier collector's edition
  • £59.99 base game (£69.99 on consoles)
  • £94.99 Gold Edition adding the season pass and three days "early access"
  • £114.99 Ultimate Edition adding five skill points, the Sekiryu character pack and hideout pack, plus the Red Dragon photo filter

UK government responds to Stop Killing Games campaign

  • There is "no requirement in UK law" preventing publishers from rendering older games unplayable
  • The petition will continue to run until October 16, 2024 and if it passes 100,000 signatures, it will be considered for debate in Parliament. At the time of writing, 22,890 people have signed.
