EA is "sunsetting" three last-gen Battlefield games

• Battlefield 3 (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3), Battlefield 4 (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3), Battlefield: Hardline (Xbox 360 & PlayStation 3)
• On Wednesday, July 31st they will be removed from digital storefronts and you will no longer be able to purchase them and all extra related content such as DLC
• Online services go offline November 7th 2024.
• Battlefield 3 will still be available for play on PC. Battlefield 4, and Battlefield: Hardline will still be available for play on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

• The service, which allows you to change points you've earnt for prizes, such as virtual collectables or PSN vouchers, has been down since early June
• It's being rolled out again in phased, regional rollouts. Specific times are unknown.

Nintendo sues Switch modchip seller and Switch piracy Reddit moderator

• The company has filed complaints against Ryan Daly, who operates a store called Modded Hardware, and r/SwitchPirates moderator Archbox, whose real name is James Williams.
• In addition to being a moderator on Reddit, Nintendo claims Archbox has been involved with three "pirate shops" (which have since been closed) and cliams that he's involved with a fourth active one.

• Version 1.05 also makes rifts easier and rebalances fighters.

July’s PlayStation Plus Essential games are now live

• This month’s PlayStation Plus Essential games are Borderlands 3 (PS4/5), NHL 24 (PS4/5) and Among Us (PS4/5).
• Members have until August 6 to add these titles to their game library.
• Subscribers will also be able to claim the exclusive Genshin Impact PlayStation Plus Pack starting on July 16
