Double Eleven, the long-time steward of Paradox Interactive's Prison Architect series before the two companies parted ways earlier this year, has announced its next project: multiplayer shooter Blindfire, which launches into early access for Xbox Series S/X and PC today.
A round starts out in darkness. As the round unfolds, light elements are slowly brought into play, starting from the outer walls of the arena to its centre - flushing out players camping in secluded corners and forcing everyone into closer confines.

IO CEO Hakan Abrak explained that its publishing deal with BARB specifically concerns MindsEye, which he called "a full triple-A universe unto itself." However, he noted both it and Everywhere are made on Unreal Engine 5, and the latter is still in development.
