• The update will be detailed in a live stream today, which will be broadcast on Twitch and YouTube at 8am PT / 4pm GMT / 5pm CET.
• Not related to New Game + or a PS5 Pro patch
• The studio claimed previously that 2.1 would be the last significant patch for Cyberpunk 2077

• Bandai Namco's shuttered MMORPG Blue Protocol project has been extended a new lifeline courtesy of Tencent-funded developer Bokura
• Some of the original development team has joined Bokura
• As yet, there's no firm release date either in China, Japan, or beyond. Blue Protocol's servers are due to go dark on 18th January 2025.
• A closed beta test is already planned for players on Android devices and PC, although sadly, that's only open to Chinese players for now.

• The Capcom Games Competition could lead to "commercialisation" of winning entries

• Funko was apparently using ‘brand protection software’ (BrandShield) which uses AI to flag a disputed page, and filed a “bogus” report with itch.io’s domain registrar.
