NetEase games segment revenue grows 12.1% to $3.3bn in Q1
- Overall revenue for the firm increased 7.4% year-on-year to RMB 28.8 billion ($4 billion), while profit grew by 8.6% year-on-year to RMB 18.5 billion ($2.5 billion).
- The Chinese games firm attributed the increase for its gaming segment to online games, which represented approximately 97.5% of revenue compared to 95.2% to the same period last year.
