Project Dream, Rare’s SNES prototype which evolved into Banjo-Kazooie, has leaked after 30+ years
- The rom has been shared online as a protest against Microsoft and its treatment of Rare (and other studios) in recent years
Switch 2 system update adds VRR support when docked, Switch 2 to Switch 2 system transfer and more

Hideo Kojima’s Physint has jumped from PlayStation to Xbox, after Kojima says Sony tried to cancel it

Ubisoft Steam games to no longer require the Connect launcher, in "initial step toward a smoother and more streamlined launch experience"

In a Steam Post, Ubisoft explained that it's a new tool called "Ubisoft Connect Services Steam Tool" that promises to keep Connect features like cross-progression, cross-play, rewards "without requiring the Ubisoft Connect PC launcher to be installed or launched"
